Refund Policy \u2013 Qatra Association<\/h2>

Due to the charitable nature of our work, all donations are used directly to support and implement humanitarian projects.<\/p>

Non-Refundable Donations<\/h3>
  • Donations are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.<\/li><\/ul>

    Exceptions<\/h3>

    Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:<\/p>

    • A technical error resulted in duplicate payments<\/li>
    • An incorrect amount was charged<\/li><\/ul>

      In such cases:<\/p>

      • A refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the donation date<\/li>
      • Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days<\/li><\/ul>

        Refund Process<\/h3>
        • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the donation<\/li>
        • The process may take between 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank<\/li><\/ul>
