Refund Policy – Qatra Association

Due to the nature of charitable work, all donations are used directly to support and implement humanitarian projects.

1. No Refunds
   • Donations are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
2. Exceptions

Refund Exceptions
• Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate payment
• An incorrect amount was charged

In these cases:
• A refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the donation.
• The request will be reviewed within 7 business days.

3. Refund Process
   • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
   • The process may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the bank.
