Refund Policy – Qatra Association

Due to the charitable nature of our work, all donations are used directly to support and implement humanitarian projects.

Non-Refundable Donations

• Donations are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

• A technical error resulted in duplicate payments
• An incorrect amount was charged

In such cases:

• A refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the donation date
• Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the donation
• The process may take between 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank
